EDIT: I just wanted to add this bit to an already existing journal since I don't feel like starting a new one XD But I just wanted to comment on the recent Hollywood deaths lately and how freaky I think they are. I was minding my own business doing some shopping on Hollywood Blvd the day after MJ died, and I couldn't even get down the street because his star on the walk of fame was completely surrounded by a huge crowd. (I so badly wanted to stop by Johnny Depp's hand prints while I was in the neighborhood anyway, but the Chinese Theater was totally closed off.) It's amazing how supportive fans are (and not to mention super pushy and annoying) and it's almost even cult-like. These sudden deaths (MJ, Billy Mays, etc.) have actually made me think all philosophically lately about how short life is and how it can end at any moment. It's really creepy. Anyway, just wanted to talk about that a bit. On a happier note, I saw Kellan Lutz today! =] He was sitting right next to me, and I didn't even realize. I noticed a bunch of girls sneaking some pics. He was just minding his own business, then he got up to make a phone call on his cell at some point and that's when I decided to sneak a pic in too (I'm terrible, I know, but I thought it was cool...I've never been under the same roof as a celeb before, lol. Which is surprising considering how many celebs my friends have met and have taken pics with). I didn't want to bug him for an autograph, he really didn't look like he was in the mood for attention, so I pretended not to really notice him or flip out. I hope I was subtle, haha. It must be so tough to be a celeb and have fan girls run after you all the time...poor guy XD
